Jose Miguel Cancino
General Manager
Structural Civil Engineer graduated with maximum distinction from Universidad de Chile. Subsequently, he studied a Master in Structural Dynamics at the Polytechnic of Barcelona, Spain (1996). In 2019 he obtained a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and Geotechnics at Universidad Católica de Chile.
He has developed for more than 35 years in the seismic-resistant design of structures in the Industrial area: Mining, Cellulose and Port. He began his professional career at ENDESA, then at Arze, Recine y Asociados (ARA), Aldunate y Asociados and OMEGA Ingeniería.
In 1997 he decided to become independent, opening the office JMC Ingeniería, which is dedicated exclusively to the development of Industrial Projects in the Structural Area. He is currently the General Manager of JMC Ingeniería.
Francisca Aguirre
Deputy Engineering Manager
Civil Engineer from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María with more than five years of experience in the area of structural design, mainly in industrial structures. She has worked in the calculation of metallic structures, reinforced concrete structures, foundations, geotechnical support structures.
Since 2021 she has held the position of Deputy Engineering Manager.
Javier Solar

Civil Engineer from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, with a diploma in Integrated Project Evaluation from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, a diploma in Structural Engineering and Seismic Design from Universidad de Chile and currently pursuing a Professional Master's Degree in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering at Universidad Católica de Chile. He has more than 10 years of experience in the area of structural design, mainly in industrial mining structures. Highlighting knowledge in the calculation of metallic structures, reinforced concrete structures, foundations, geotechnical support structures and boilermaking equipment, in addition to modeling in different structural finite element software.
In addition, he has more than 5 years of experience in the area of Project Management and Development.
Roberto Olave
Project Manager
Civil Engineer from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María with 10 years of experience in the area of structural design, mainly in industrial structures. With extensive knowledge of national and international regulations in calculation of reinforced concrete structures, foundations, steel structures and mechanical equipment such as ducts. In addition, he has great skill in the use of structural finite element modeling software in SAP2000.

He has worked for more than 5 years in the structural area, mainly in the design of industrial structures in the mining and logistics sectors, also developing review and repair projects of structures. He has outstanding knowledge in the calculation of steel structures, foundations and finite element modeling.
Manuel Venegas

Structural Designer and Modeler from the Instituto Profesional Inacap, with a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Design from the same institution.
He has more than 40 years of experience in the area of Structural Design, participating in projects of the large mining industry, developing plans and 3D models for steel and concrete structures. His experience includes the design of Silos, Tanks and Boilers.
He has extensive knowledge in three-dimensional modeling software in programs such as TEKLA, Revit and Autocad 3D.
